Sheet pan meals are everything. This one requires next to nothing. If you want to put in a little extra effort, make a garlic paste (chop and mash a few garlic cloves, add a few tablespoons of olive oil, sea salt, a teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 tsp. chili pepper flakes, dried basil and dried parsley).
Brush the olive oil base over the pizza crust and then layer with pizza sauce. Rao’s is the best!
The beauty of this one is you just use the same sheet pan the whole time. After roasting the vegetables with olive oil and salt at 450 degrees, simply layer all the ingredients (base, sauce, veggies and cheese) and low broil it for about 5-10 minutes.
